John Hopkins, DO
Dr. Hopkins is a board certified Emergency Physician and has been practicing for 9 years. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Drexel University. He has practiced in a broad array of settings both nationally and internationally. His interest is in positively transforming the way care is delivered in the United States. Dr. Hopkins was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia. He is the father of three and resides with his family in Haddon Heights, NJ
Jason Remick, DO
Dr. Remick completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at Thomas Jefferson where he continued to practice for the last 10 years. In addition to being an Emergency Physician he is one of the first physicians to practice telehealth at Jefferson. Dr. Remick has also been an attending physician at Our Lady of Lourdes in Camden, NJ for many years as well. He was raised in Scranton, PA and currently resides in Audobon, NJ with his wife and two children.
Tara DiBruno, CRNP
Tara has been a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for the past 16 years. She has extensive experience in Family Medicine as well as Urgent Care Medicine. Tara has a strong interest in transforming patient care delivery and the implementation of technology in the care continuum. Tara is a proud mother and resides with her husband in Media, PA.
William Hopkins, CRNP
Bill has been in the health care industry for over 30 years working his way up the ranks. Initially starting his career in the critical care unit at Thomas Jefferson University Health System. Bill then moved into home health and has extensive experience in this environment. After completing his Master's in Nursing with a focus in Family Medicine, he went on to work in the Department of Anesthesia at Thomas Jefferson for the past 9 years. Additionally he has been providing care in the homes of residents in Greater Philadelphia. He resides in Northeast Philadelphia with his wife where he raised six children.
